What Are Onsite Core Supports? 

Onsite Core Supports are flexible support services delivered within SDA homes to help participants manage everyday tasks and maintain their independence. These supports are tailored to each participant’s needs and may include both individual and shared support arrangements depending on the living environment and level of care required.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is designed to help participants live as independently as possible while receiving ongoing support with daily activities and household living. 

At Steadway, our SIL services focus on creating supportive, participant-led environments where individuals are encouraged to build confidence, develop life skills, and maintain choice and control over their everyday lives. 

Our SIL support may include: 

Daily Living Assistance
