Delivering Core Supports, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and onsite overnight assistance within modern Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Sydney. Our contemporary, high-quality homes are located in well-connected communities close to local shops, public transport, parks, and lifestyle amenities. Our goal is to provide participants with comfort, accessibility, and the opportunity to live more independently.
With experienced support workers and a strong focus on consistency of care, we create safe, welcoming environments where participants can build routines, develop independence, and feel truly at home.
How Our Onsite Model Works
- SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Daily support delivered within SDA homes to assist participants with everyday tasks, personal goals, routines, and building greater independence. - OSS (Onsite Shared Supports)
A shared staffing model that provides responsive and efficient support across multiple residents within the SDA environment, improving flexibility and scalability of care. - OOA (Onsite Overnight Assistance)
Sleepover and overnight support designed to provide reassurance, safety, and timely assistance for participants throughout the night.

Clients can select from Central Coast support worker profiles and we offer no obligation meet and greets, during which you can get to know your potential support worker.
