How Our Onsite Model Works
- SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Daily support delivered within SDA homes to assist participants with everyday tasks, personal goals, routines, and building greater independence. - OSS (Onsite Shared Supports)
A shared staffing model that provides responsive and efficient support across multiple residents within the SDA environment, improving flexibility and scalability of care. - OOA (Onsite Overnight Assistance)
